Mounting Pad Ball Valve

The DBB double ball valve is designed to replace the complicated connection of multiple valves in the traditional pipeline. Reduce the leakage point in the system, quickly achieve emissions and shut down function. The DBB double ball valve saves the installation space limit. The installation program is simplified. Reduce the pressure of the pipe system. It is convenient to clean and maintain the instrument and reduce the cost. DBB double ball valve has two series of full diameter and reduced diameter. The inside diameter of the full diameter ball valve is in line with the inner diameter of the pipeline, not only with small fluid resistance, but also convenient for pipeline cleaning. The fluid resistance of the shrink ball valve is much lower than that of the same caliber cut-off valve. The weight of the ball valve is about 30% lighter than that of the same caliber ball valve, which effectively reduces the cost and price of production, thus it has been widely used.

V type ball valve is suitable for using on various kinds of pipelines of Class150~Class300, and PN16~PN40. There are two kinds of applications for V type ball valve according to customers' different requirement. One is used for cutting off or switching on the pipeline medium. The other is used as control valve for regulating the medium fow capacity in pipelines. Operation manners for cutting off Flanged V Type Ball Valve include manual, worm gear, pneumatic or electric actuators, where as for regulating type V type ball valve, operation manners are of pneumatic and electric actuators.

KOSEN series electric actuator is used for controlling valves of 0-270 Degree rotation and other similar products, such as butterfly valve, ball valve, damper, flapper valves, cock valves, etc.. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipping, paper making, power plants, heating, light industry and other industries. It can be drived by 380V/220V/110V AC power or 24V/110V DC power. Control signal can be 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V voltage signal. It can move the valve to desired position, realize automatic control. The maximum output torque is up to 2000N·m.

Floating Ball Valves (Flanged general and butt-welding connection is optional) are suitable for using on various kinds of pipeline from pressure Class 150 to Class 1500, PN16 to PN100 to cut off or connect the flowing of medium. By using different material, the valves could be suitable for medium such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing substance, carbamide and etc. Manual/worm gear/pneumatic or electric actuators could be chosen by needs.
