Product description of Cast Steel Ball Valve
Cast steel ball valve refers to the valve body made of carbon steel, which is mainly used to cut off the medium in the pipeline. The ball valve has small torque, light switch, tight closing and good sealing performance. It is a suitable shut-off valve for switching now. The main characteristics of carbon steel ball valve are compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, and it is suitable for general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas.
Operation process of Cast Steel Ball Valve
(1) Before preparing to connect with the pipe, flush and remove the remaining impurities in the pipe (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
(2) During installation, please do not use the actuator of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
(3) This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
(4) The pipeline near the installation point shall not be sagged or bear external forces. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
(5) After connecting with the pipe, please cross lock the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
