The electric flange ball valve adopts an integrated structure. It can be operated by inputting 4-20madc current signal or 1-5vdc and single-phase power supply. The flange ball valve has strong functions, small volume, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity. The electric flange ball valve is suitable for industrial automation control systems in food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, paper making, chemical industry, scientific research, electric power and other industries.The electric flange ball valve is a rotary valve with an angle of 90 °. It has excellent sealing performance, large flow coefficient, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure, long service life and easy maintenance. Equipped with electric cylinder actuator.

Product Features

1. the electric flange ball valve has low fluid resistance. The ball valve is one of all valves with low fluid resistance. Even for the reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.

2. the thrust bearing of the ball valve reduces the friction torque of the valve rod, which can make the long-term operation balance of the valve rod flexible.

3. the valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of PTFE and other materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.

4. the valve rod seal is reliable. Since the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure.

5. because PTFE and other materials have good self lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small and the service life is long.

6. the bottom mounted valve rod and the convex step at the head of the valve rod prevent the valve rod from ejecting. If the valve rod seal is damaged by fire, the convex step can also form metal contact with the valve body to ensure the valve rod seal.
