Product description of Floating Ball Valve
The ball of the ball valve is floating. Under the medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly on the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end. The floating ball valve has simple structure and good sealing performance, but the load of the working medium borne by the ball is transmitted to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. When it is impacted by high pressure, the ball may shift. This structure is generally used for medium and low pressure ball valves. The main characteristics of the ball valve are its compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure and convenient maintenance. The sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state, which is not easy to be eroded by the medium and easy to operate and maintain. It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, and also suitable for media with poor working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. It is widely used in various industries. The valve body of ball valve can be integral or combined.
Features of Floating Ball Valve
1. Advanced valve seat: the valve seat is designed based on many years of ball valve manufacturing experience to ensure valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, a variety of valve seat materials, and a wide range of applications.
2. Handle with correct opening and closing: the flat head valve rod is adopted, and the connection with the handle will not be misplaced, so as to ensure that the opening and closing state indicated by the handle is consistent with that of the valve.
3. Locking device: in order to prevent misoperation of the valve switch, there are locking holes in the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.
4. Anti flying structure of valve rod: the valve rod is bottom mounted to prevent it from flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after a fire to ensure the sealing of the valve rod.
5. The ball valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. Driven by the valve rod, the ball rotates 0~90 degrees around the center of the valve rod to complete the opening and closing function; It has the characteristics of compact structure and fast switching. Turning 90 degrees can close the valve and cut off the pipeline medium; The diameter of the sphere channel is the same as that of the pipeline, with small flow resistance and large flow capacity; The valve rod is bottom mounted, which eliminates the accident of valve rod penetration and ensures the safety of use.
Structure of Floating Ball Valve
