Product Description
The valve seat of floating ball valve is mostly made of polytetrafluoroethylene, para polystyrene and other polymer materials, which have good sealing performance, but the material is relatively soft. Due to the soft material, but also reaching a certain sealing specific pressure, it is bound to increase the opening and closing torque. In order to improve this situation as much as possible, the company adopts the structural design of double inclined plane elastic seal ring or V-groove elastic seal ring, and uses the pressure in the pipeline to push the ball to help seal. When the medium pressure is small, the contact area between the sealing ring and the ball is small, so there is a large sealing specific pressure to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere increases. Therefore, the sealing ring can bear large medium thrust without damage.
