Product Description
The floating forged steel ball valve adopts the structural design of single inclined plane elastic seal ring or V-groove elastic seal ring, or the movable metal valve seat structure with leaf spring preload. When the medium pressure is too small, the contact area between the ball valve sealing ring and the ball is small, so there is a large sealing specific pressure to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is large, the contact area between the sealing ring and the ball becomes larger, so the sealing ring can be pushed by the medium without damage. The floating forged steel ball valve has a long service life because the sealing ring materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self lubrication and small friction loss with the ball. According to the needs of users, it can be designed to be suitable for structures containing solid particles, slurry and other media, and to be resistant to higher temperatures.
