Product description of Stainless Steel Ball Valve
The stainless steel ball valve can be closed tightly with only 90 degree rotation and a small rotating torque. The completely equal inner cavity of the valve body provides a small resistance and direct flow channel for the medium. The main characteristics of the ball valve are its compact structure and easy operation and maintenance. The stainless steel ball valve can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil products, liquid metal and radioactive media. The valve body of ball valve can be integral or combined. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. Classification of stainless steel ball valve: stainless steel pneumatic ball valve, stainless steel electric ball valve, stainless steel manual ball valve. Stainless steel ball valves are made of 304316321 and other materials.
Features of Stainless Steel Ball Valve
Ball valves are divided into O type ball valves and V type ball valves. The O type ball valve adopts a floating structure, the ball core is a precision casting, and the surface is plated with hard chromium. The valve seat is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene. The port of the flow passage is the same as the pipe diameter, with great flow capacity, minimal flow resistance and no leakage when closed. It is generally used as an on-off valve, especially suitable for high viscosity, fibrous and granular media; V-shaped ball valve adopts fixed structure, with V-shaped notch on the ball core, which can realize proportional adjustment, and the flow characteristic is approximately equal percentage.
According to different process equipment, pneumatic or electric can be selected to form pneumatic ball valve and electric ball valve respectively. If pneumatic ball valve wants to realize proportional adjustment, it must be equipped with valve positioner, and if electric ball valve wants to realize proportional adjustment, it must choose electronic electric actuator or servo amplifier, etc. From the material, it can be divided into: carbon steel ball valve, stainless steel 304 ball valve, 316 ball valve and copper ball valve, In application, it can be divided into high-pressure ball valve and low-pressure ball valve

Working principle of Stainless Steel Ball Valve
The working principle of ball valve is to make the valve unblocked or blocked by rotating the valve core.
